The guest studio is available for artists from abroad and our guests since November 1998. It is situated on the top floor of Tallinn Art Hall that was built in 1934. The building, located close to the Old Town, is the centre of the Estonian art life. In addition to the Tallinn Art Hall, the building contains several artists' studios, the office of the Estonian Artists' Association, Estonian Center for Contemporary Arts, the shop selling art materials, art galleries, etc. In the basement there is KuKu Club and on the first floor KuKu Cafe, both popular meeting places for artists. The studio, containing working space and accommodation on two levels, is about 50 m² and best suitabe for 1-2 persons (however, it does have multiple bedspaces - 1 single and 2 double beds). The rent for one day is 300 EEK (20 EUR) per person + telephone bill (if studio phone is used).
