The Estonian Artists' Association's Hop Gallery was founded in January 2006. Unique in Estonia, Hop is a not-for-profit gallery devoted to the applied arts and design. The gallery exhibits professional applied art and design both Estonian and foreign, introducing the work of young artists, supporting special commemorative and anniversary exhibitions and promoting contacts between artists and the public.
Hop Gallery is situated in Tallinn's Old Town on Hobusepea tänav, in a building that was once owned by the jeweller Joseph Kopf, next to several other art galleries and near the Museum of Applied Art and Design.
