There are a few last-minute vacancies at the Narva Art Residency. Again we are offering them as mini-residencies so that different creative people get to know Narva and the creative center. It worked out last time quite well, so why not repeat it?
The offer is open to postgraduates, doctoral students, and lecturers of the Estonian Academy of Arts, as well as alumni of the academy. There will be no competition, but the first to apply will get a place. The mini-residencies will last for one week and the following periods are offered:
05.07 – 12.07
12.07- 19.07
NART offers free accommodation, shared studio space, a common kitchen, and access to the Kreenholm factory. The NART team offers support for getting around and learning about the locality.
Please send your letter of interest to residentuur@artun.ee, your study program and year or workplace at the EAA, and be sure to indicate which period you would like to come to NART.
You can also let us know if you are interested in a mini-residency, but cannot join at this time. Spontaneous openings in the calendar are going to happen also in the future. Then we will directly contact those who have "signed up" :)
The Narva Art Residency (NART) is a cultural platform established in 2015, which organizes residencies, exhibitions, lectures, and workshops. NART is located on the Estonian-Russian border in the historic Kreenholm area of Narva. NART is managed by the Estonian Academy of Arts in cooperation with Narva Gate.
