Estonian artist Ruudu Ulas will be working at the WIELS residency programme in Brussels in 2024. The participation in the residency for Estonian artists is coordinated by WIELS and the Estonian Centre for Contemporary Art.

Open call for exhibitions in 2025 runs until the end of November!

Apply for exhibition time from the Helsinki Artists’ Association galleries by 30 November 2023!

The call is now open for spring and autumn terms 2025 at Gallery Katariina, HAA Gallery and Malmitalo gallery! The open call invites individual artists as well as artist groups and art organisations to submit new, topical proposals with focus on contemporary art. Exhibition proposals are binding.

Estonian Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA) is working with artist Edith Karlson for the next Estonian Pavilion at the Venice biennial and is seeking a graphic designer (or a collective) to collaborate on the design and visual communication aspects of the Pavilion.

Registration for the annual exhibition of Tartu art 2023 has begun!

It is the ultimate moment to start preparing for the annual exhibition of Tartu art 2023. The designer of this year’s exhibition is Evelin Zolotko, and this time the exhibition has three categories: blue, red, green. Based on the presented works, the blue, red and green galleries will be formed. Works that fit into one category in terms of colour are welcome. The amount of the corresponding colour on the work should be in the majority.

The residency period is from December 19, 2023, to January 21, 2024, but the resident can also come to Narva after the holidays. EKA employees with different job titles are welcome – professors, lecturers, specialists, directors, researchers, etc.
